I just had an amazing leg workout at the gym! I went the heaviest I've ever gone on squats and one-legged deadlifts. Now I'm not going to be able to walk right for a week...LOL.
The past month I've really kicked up my workouts and I've definitely noticed a difference in my body. I'm starting to get excited for Vegas!!! 3 weeks!!!
